Speaking of music, Hulu will also play host to the documentary series McCartney 3,2,1 which finds Rick Rubin sitting down with Paul McCartney for a rare, in-depth interview about his career. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival to positives reviews, and is best watched with the volume up high. On July 2nd, Hulu plays host to the debut of Questlove’s acclaimed documentary Summer of Soul, which uses archival footage to tell the story of a musical festival that took place at the same time as Woodstock and was almost entirely forgotten. Hulu can sometimes be pegged as a forgotten sibling of sorts, but they usually have some really great stuff if you go looking. ![]() ![]() ![]() It’s a new month, which means there’s a fresh batch of new movies and TV shows to watch on all the streaming services.
